We are actively developing four prime land plots in Phuket, each suitable for high-end villa projects, condominiums, or resort developments. This initiative marks a significant step toward establishing ourselves as a comprehensive property developer.

 

 2. Structural Product Development and Sales:

 

We are preparing to launch a new line of structural products aimed at both domestic and international markets. This endeavor seeks to deliver innovative and high-quality solutions to the construction industry.

 

 3. Building Information Modeling (BIM) Services:

 

We will soon offer BIM services to assist clients in planning, developing, and operating projects using advanced digital technologies. This pioneering service will be among the first in Phuket and the surrounding regions.

 

 4. Building Inspection Services:

 

In compliance with the Building Control Act B.E. 2522 (1979), certain categories of buildings in Thailand are required to undergo regular inspections to ensure safety and compliance. Specifically, these buildings must have annual inspections and a more comprehensive major inspection every five years. The nine categories of buildings subject to these requirements include:

 • High-rise buildings: Buildings with a height starting from 23 meters.

 • Special large buildings: Buildings with a total floor area of at least 10,000 square meters.

 • Assembly buildings: Buildings used for gatherings with an area of at least 1,000 square meters or accommodating at least 500 people.

 • Theaters: Venues used for performances, concerts, or similar public events.

 • Hotels: Hotels with more than 80 rooms.

 • Residential buildings: Residential buildings with a total area of 2,000 square meters or more.

 • Factories: Factory buildings over one story with a used area of 5,000 square meters or more.

 • Entertainment venues: Establishments such as nightclubs or pubs with an area exceeding 200 square meters.

 • Large signboards: Signboards or structures for advertisements meeting specific size criteria.

Our team of licensed inspectors will be equipped to conduct these thorough evaluations, ensuring that buildings meet all legal and safety standards. We anticipate that our Building Inspection Services division will be fully operational and ready to serve clients in the next five months.
