Mr. Sombat Khamin, a licensed civil engineer (PY.16662), graduated from Chulalongkorn University and brings over 33 years of experience across Thailand’s construction and telecommunication sectors. After leading works in buildings, factories, pipelines, and petrol terminals, he joined Alan Dick (Thailand) during the 1997 crisis, helping build TRUE’s Orange network. Returning to construction in 2004, he focused on high-end villas, managing numerous projects in Cape Yamu, Phuket. In 2011, he founded S.B.J. Construction Contractor Co., Ltd., delivering exceptional quality, renovations, and custom villa solutions. Today, S.B.J. stands as a trusted contractor with 15+ years of experience in luxury villa development.

Mr. Chris Herne is an Australian construction and legal advisor with over 30 years of experience based in Thailand. With a background in the military and a career spanning numerous international and Thai construction companies, he brings deep cross-cultural knowledge and practical field expertise. Chris has extensive experience with business operations in Thailand, including land development, and is highly knowledgeable in Thai regulations, construction law, and FIDIC contracts. Known for his calm, respectful approach, Chris is also passionate about health, fitness, and nutrition. He maintains an active lifestyle and brings clarity and balance to every project he advises on. Today, he continues to serve as a trusted freelance consultant, specializing in legal and contractual matters for construction projects.

Dr. Piya Poonsawat is a Senior Structural Engineer with over 28 years of diverse experience, including oil & gas structural design, bridge engineering, contract administration, and senior-level management. He has led teams on major offshore projects involving jackets, topsides, lifting, and fatigue analysis. He holds a doctorate in Structural Engineering from AIT and a professional civil engineering license (SY8688, Thailand). Dr. Piya is proficient in SACS, STAAD, SAP2000, and has advanced skills in C#, VBA, AutoLISP, and full-stack web development. With strong academic and practical foundations, he brings integrated engineering insight and leadership to complex, multidisciplinary projects. He joined our team as a Senior Structural Engineer.

A graduate of Chulalongkorn University, Jirawat Pisitpongsa brings over 25 years of experience as a seasoned expert in orchestrating large-scale design and construction projects. His distinguished portfolio includes iconic office buildings, commercial spaces, landmark shopping centers, and vibrant community malls. Having held key roles at renowned organizations such as Siam Piwat and Singha Estate, Jirawat has been instrumental in delivering high-profile projects that set new benchmarks in design and functionality. He is renowned for his exceptional leadership in managing complex, high-stakes projects—seamlessly driving initiatives from visionary concept development and strategic planning to meticulous design oversight and flawless team coordination, ensuring every project achieves its full potential.

Mr. Satit Kruytong is a Project Architect and Design Coordinator with over 15 years of experience in architectural, interior, and landscape design, as well as construction coordination. He holds a Bachelor of Architecture from Kasem Bundit University and is a licensed architect in Thailand (License No. 3733). His project portfolio includes high-value developments such as Novotel Resort (2.4 billion THB), GPV-Asia factory, and luxury villas like The Breeze Villas in Phuket. Satit excels in concept development, permit and construction drawings, consultant coordination, and site execution. He joined our team as a Project Architect & Design Coordinator, bringing extensive design experience and a practical understanding of project delivery across multiple disciplines.

Mr. Phongmanee Phetsangkhun is a highly experienced Senior Structural and Fabrication Engineer with over 25 years in the oil & gas, petrochemical, and mining sectors. He specializes in structural design, steel fabrication, welding supervision, and modular construction for both offshore and onshore projects. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Fabrication Engineering and is currently pursuing a master’s in Welding Engineering. His project portfolio includes ICHTHYS LNG, FMG Solomon, and other major international works. Phongmanee is proficient in STAAD Pro, AutoCAD, TEKLA, and well-versed in global codes such as ASME, AWS D1.1, and API 650. He brings exceptional technical knowledge, hands-on field experience, and leadership in multidisciplinary coordination. He joined our team as a Senior Structural and Fabrication Engineer, contributing deep expertise and reliability to every project.
